Terms and Conditions
A legal disclaimer
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all travel arrangements, services, and products offered by Travel Hub d.o.o. (“Travel Hub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or participating in any travel programme or service provided by Travel Hub, the client (“you”, “traveler”, or “customer”) agrees to the following Terms.
1. Payment Policy
1.1. For all day or multi-day trips organised and sold directly by Travel Hub, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure participation.
1.2. The remaining 60% must be paid no later than 31 days before the start date of the trip.
1.3. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Show Policy
2.1. The 40% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2.2. Cancellations made 31 days or less before the start of the trip are non-refundable in full, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2.3. No-shows (failure to appear) on the start date of the trip are treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
2.4. Travel Hub is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to traveller cancellations, delays, or changes in personal circumstances.
3. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
3.1. Each traveler is solely responsible for ensuring that:

their passport is valid for the required period specified by destination countries,
-
they obtain all necessary visas, entry permits, authorisations, health documents, and vaccinations, where we can help with it,

they comply with all entry, exit, customs, and immigration regulations.
3.2. Travel Hub does not assume responsibility for:

denied boarding by airlines,
-
denied entry to any country,
-
delays caused by immigration or customs,
-
invalid, expired, incomplete, or damaged passports,
-
failure to acquire required visas or entry permits.
3.3. No refunds will be issued in cases where a traveler is unable to travel due to passport, visa, immigration, airline, or border-related issues.
3.4. In case where cancellation insurance is purchased, different terms apply
4. Air Travel and Third-Party Services
4.1. Travel Hub is not responsible for:

flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or overbooking by airlines or accommodations, but we will do our best to comfort all needs of our groups
-
lost or delayed baggage,
-
technical issues, strikes, weather disruptions, or operational decisions made by airlines or airports.
4.2. Any claims related to air travel must be addressed directly with the airline according to their policies, and any claims related to accommodations must be addressed directly to them.
5. Re-Sale of Travel Packages (Third-Party Organisers)
5.1. If Travel Hub sells, promotes, or distributes a travel product organised by a third-party tour operator, agency, or service provider, then the General Terms & Conditions of that organiser fully apply.
5.2. In such cases, Travel Hub acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

itinerary changes,

cancellations,
-
service quality,
-
refund decisions,
-
liability claims.
5.3. All rights, responsibilities, and obligations follow the policies of the original organiser.
6. Compliance with Tourism Laws (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
6.1. For all other services not explicitly covered above—including consultations, custom itinerary planning, travel assistance, organisation of local tours, or any other tourism-related service—Travel Hub operates according to the general provisions of the Law on Tourism of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and all applicable regulations.
6.2. The rights and obligations of travelers and the agency shall be interpreted in accordance with the said legislation.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. Travel Hub shall not be held liable for injury, illness, property damage, delays, force majeure, acts of nature, political unrest, strikes, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
7.2. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the traveler’s own risk.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with Travel Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
